Instructions

  1. 1Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. 3Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. 4Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt into the melted chocolate.
  5. 5Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the berry.
