Add butter, milk, and eggs to the potato mixture and mix until combined.
Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf in a greased baking pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
