1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
0.5 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
dash of Frank's Red Hot
1 package Fritos (6 oz or 9.4 oz)
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese

Heat half a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet.

Add chopped celery, onion, and green pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.

In a separate pan, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain the grease.

Add 1 cup of water to the drained ground beef.

Combine the cooked vegetables with the ground beef in the pan.

Add two cans of tomato paste, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and a dash of hot sauce to the beef and vegetable mixture.

Stir everything together and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the mixture thickens.
