Greek yogurt provides protein and reduces fat.
Place 180g Nutella in the bottom of a dish (10 cm by 20 cm).
Scatter hazelnuts evenly over the Nutella.
Put the dish in the freezer while prepping the rest.
In a saucepan, combine 380g of condensed milk and 20g of butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
Let the mixture cool completely.
Melt 180g dark chocolate and 100g Swiss chocolate TOBLERONE together.
Add 300ml of condensed milk and 500ml of cream 33% to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the Nutella and hazelnuts in the dish.
Freeze the dessert until set.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
