Gather ingredients: 5 lb Chuck roast, baby carrots, potatoes, corn, beefy onion seasoning, beef stock, mushrooms, olive oil, butter, black garlic, black cumin seed, poppy seed, and Dan OG seasoning.

Heat a little olive oil in a pot and add a half stick of butter.

Season the Chuck roast with sea salt and the seasoning mix, including black garlic, black cumin seed, and poppy seed, patting it in to ensure it sticks.

Sear the Chuck roast on both sides until browned.

Add two packets of beefy onion seasoning into the pot with the roast.

Pour in one big container of beef stock.

Add whole mushrooms to the pot without chopping them.

Cover the pot and cook on medium temperature for the first hour and a half, essentially power boiling.

After an hour and a half, add in the baby carrots.

After another hour, add potatoes cut into big chunks.

At 3 and a half hours in, add the corn to the pot.

Cover and simmer on medium low for another 30 minutes until the total cooking time reaches 4 hours.
