Preheat the oven to 425-450°F.

Season the salmon with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then drizzle with oil.

Roast the salmon in the oven until the outer part is crispy and toasted.

Rinse 2 cups of sushi rice and add it to a pot with 2 and 3/4 cups of water and a little salt.

Bring the rice to a boil, stir, then cover and let it cook.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Fluff the cooked sushi rice with a fork and season it with rice vinegar.

Break up the cooked salmon into a bowl and add chopped crab, cream cheese, Sriracha, Japanese mayonnaise, and soy sauce, then mix well.

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and layer the sushi rice evenly on the bottom, pressing it down lightly.

Crush dried seaweed sheets over the rice to create a layer, then add the salmon and crab mixture on top.
