1/2 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Japanese soy sauce, optional
2 tbsp sriracha
chopped spring onion
3 cup cooked rice
3 tbsp mirin or rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
sesame seeds or furikake

Shred the kani sticks by hand, then chop according to preferred size.

In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese. Add the remaining Crabstick Mixture ingredients. Mix together until well incorporated.
