Spread a layer of refried beans on each crispy tortilla.
Top with the seasoned ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped onions on top.
Garnish with sliced jalapeños and dollops of sour cream.
Finish with avocado slices, lime juice, and fresh cilantro.
