Boil 1 kg of potatoes until soft, then peel and cool them down.

Mash the boiled potatoes finely until there are no lumps and they have a smooth texture.

Add 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper, 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder, and 2 tbsp corn flour to the mashed potatoes.

Mix well until the ingredients are combined and the texture is smooth.

Add 1/2 tbsp chicken powder and mix again until smooth.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to set.

Grease your hands with oil to prevent sticking, then take a portion of the mixture and flatten it.

Add about 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese in the center and cover it tightly to form a ball.

Roll the ball gently in your hands to make it smooth and crack-free.
