Canned tomatoes are usually less expensive and can be used in place of sauce.
Shred the beef into long thin strips.
Season the shredded beef with salt seasoning powder, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, Camaroon pepper, and dried Kenne pepper. Mix well to combine.
Cover the beef and allow it to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix 1.5 tablespoons of cornflour with a little water until there are no lumps to create a slurry.
In a heated pan, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and allow it to heat up.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and fry, stirring continuously until the juices dry up and only oil remains.
Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the pan.
Add a little sesame oil to the pan and let it heat up before adding chopped onions and blended ginger and garlic paste. Stir and fry until fragrant.
Add blended scotch bonnet pepper and can pepper, frying for a few minutes before adding chopped carrots.
Stir in the carrots and fry for a few minutes before adding yellow, green, and red bell peppers.
Add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, stirring to combine.
Return the fried beef to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Stir the cornflour slurry, add it to the sauce gradually, checking the thickness, and stir to combine.
Allow the mixture to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat.
