Mix 20 grams of agar powder with 300 milliliters of cold water and stir until dissolved.

Add half a cup of water to the soaked chia seeds and set aside to puff up.

In a mixing bowl, combine 354 milliliters of evaporated milk, 150 milliliters of sweet condensed milk, and 2 teaspoons of rose water, stirring until well mixed.

Add 400 milliliters of water to the milk mixture and stir.

Once the agar is set, cut it into squares and grate it using a box grater.

In a glass, layer the milk mixture, followed by the chia seeds, and top with the grated agar.
