1 pound ground Italian turkey sausage
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 medium cabbage
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon thyme

1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup rice
4 cups beef broth
V8 juice

Brown 1 pound of ground Italian turkey sausage in a pot with 1 medium onion and 3 cloves of garlic.

Chop and add 1 medium cabbage to the pot to wilt it down.

Add tomato paste to the pot and let it brown to deepen the flavor.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of thyme, salt, and black pepper.
