1 cup scallops
1 cup crab meat
10 ounces papadely pasta
1 cup white wine
0.5 cup heavy cream
0.25 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
4 cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons sea salt

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to a pot of water and bring it to a boil.

Add 10 ounces of papadely pasta to the boiling water and cook for 9 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

Drain the pasta but do not rinse, then set it aside.

Slice 3 cloves of garlic and 4 cherry tomatoes, then set them aside.

Using medium heat, bring a pan to temperature and add 0.25 cup of olive oil.

Cook the scallops in the pan for 4 minutes, then remove them and set aside.

Cook the shrimp in the same pan for 3 minutes, then remove them and set aside.

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in the pan, then sauté the garlic for 2 minutes.
