200g shrimp
300g cherry tomatoes
half stick of butter
3 cloves garlic
6 to 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
half cup dry white wine
300g linguine

Cut calamari into half inch strips.

Cut larger shrimp in half for easier eating.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half.

Chop a small bunch of parsley.

Heat stove to medium.

Add 7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and half stick of butter to a 12-inch skillet.

Melt the butter and infuse with minced garlic for 30 to 60 seconds.

Add calamari to the skillet and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet with calamari.

Wait for the water to boil before adding salt to the pasta water.
