Chill the dough for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out two-thirds of the dough on a floured surface to fit a tart pan.
Press the rolled dough into the tart pan and trim the edges.
Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips to create a lattice pattern over the jam.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
