additional flour (1/2 cup) for rolling

chana dal/bengal gram – ½ cup + 2 tbsp (125 gms)
water – 3/4 cup (approximately)
turmeric powder – ½ tsp
cumin powder – 1 tsp
red chili powder – 1 tsp
salt – ½ tsp
lemon juice – 3 tsp
