1 1/2 tsp ground Coriander
1 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
2 Tbsp Lemongrass (white part only, chopped) Or use ready-made paste
5-8 curry leaves
400 mL canned Coconut milk
2 tsp Salt
Crushed chilli pepper flakes, optional
Green long chilli peppers, optional
