In a bowl, combine coconut milk and coconut flakes and mix well.

Add the egg yolks, straining them to remove the membrane.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Add the sugar and mix until the mixture is dense.

Transfer the mixture to a greased and sugared baking dish.

Cover with aluminum foil, shiny side down.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) in a water bath for 50 minutes.

Let it cool before removing the aluminum foil.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Invert onto a plate and serve.
