6 cups milk

300g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1.5 cups pasta sauce
½ cup water
½ green pepper, diced
½ red pepper, diced
½ yellow pepper, diced
75g cheese
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp coriander
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp sugar
Chili flakes/paprika

1 tsp salt
500g penne pasta
