1 lbs / 500 g lean beef
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Medium Onion
1 Tbsp Oil (Optional)
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup tomato
1 Cup Carrots
1 Cup fresh peppers
1/2 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp sweet paprika
1 Tsp Herbs de Provence
2 large potatoes
2 Cups / 500 ml beef broth / water
1.5 Cup green beans
1/2 Cup / 250 ml water

Heat 3 Tbsp avocado oil in a pan.

Add 1 lbs of lean beef, 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tsp pepper, 1 Tsp smoked paprika, and 1 Tsp garlic powder. Mix well.

Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.

Flip the beef to cook the other side and then set it aside.

In the same pan, add 1 medium onion and 1 Tbsp oil (optional).

Stir fry for 1 minute.

Add 1 clove of garlic, 1 cup of tomato, 1 cup of carrots, and 1 cup of fresh peppers.

Add 1/2 Tsp pepper, 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tsp rosemary, 1 Tsp sweet paprika, and 1 Tsp Herbs de Provence. Stir fry for about a minute.

Add 2 large potatoes and 2 cups of beef broth (or water). Bring to a boil.

Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Add the beef back into the pan along with 1.5 cups of green beans and 1/2 cup of water.

Cover to cook for another 5 minutes.
