1 tbsp Sriracha
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cornstarch
2-3 tbsp water
1

Start with a large bowl to mix all of your meatball ingredients in.

2

Add 1 lb of lean ground meat to the bowl.

3

Crack open and add 1 large egg.

4

Add 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs and 1 tbsp of Sriracha.

5

For seasonings, add 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

6

Mix everything together until it's combined, being careful not to over mix.

7

Preheat your oven to 375° F.

8

Use a baking sheet large enough to fit all of your meatballs and add a sheet of parchment paper, spraying it lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

9

Scoop some of your mixture and place it on the baking sheet, making 13 meatballs with the size you're using.

10

Roll the scooped mixture into the shape of a meatball with your hands.

11

Bake the meatballs at 375° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165° F.

12

While the meatballs bake, take out another bowl and add 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Sriracha sauce, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce, 2 tsp of minced ginger, and 1 tsp of minced garlic.

13

Mix everything together until it's combined and set it aside.

14

Once the meatballs are finished baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a bit.

15

Turn a burner on medium low heat and add a skillet large enough to fit all of your meatballs in, spraying it lightly with oil.

16

Add your sauce into the pan and occasionally stir it for about 5 minutes.

17

In a small bowl, add 1 tsp of cornstarch with 2 to 3 tbsp of water and mix it together.

18

Add the cornstarch mixture to your sauce and mix everything together until it starts to thicken up.

19

Add your cooked meatballs into the pan, cooking in batches if necessary.

20

Move your meatballs around until they are fully coated in the sauce and let them cook in the sauce for about 5 to 10 minutes.

21

Remove the meatballs from the pan and optionally garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
