½ cup spaghetti sauce
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg
½ small onion, finely diced
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce

Fold a piece of foil that is long enough to hang out of the slow cooker. Spray slow cooker and foil with nonstick spray.

Combine everything but the 2 Tbsp. of spaghetti sauce. Shape into a loaf and place on top of the foil in the slow cooker. Spread the 2 Tbsp. of spaghetti sauce on top of the loaf.

Cover. Cook on High for 2 ½ -3 hours or on Low for 5-6 hours.
