Chicken Asado

1 kg Chicken leg quarters
3 pcs Chicken liver
1 and 1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp of vinegar
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 Tspn ground black pepper
1 large size onion chopped
7 cloves of garlic chopped
4 pcs large size of tomato
1/2 red bell pepper
3 pcs Bay leaves
1 and 1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 Tspn salt
1 pc large size Potato
1 pc large size carrots
some of red bell pepper
7 pcs calamansi

Marinate the chicken leg quarters and chicken liver in soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes, red bell pepper, and bay leaves.

Add water to the marinated chicken and bring to a boil.

Incorporate tomato paste, salt, potato, and carrots into the mixture.

Cook until the chicken is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.

Add calamansi juice before serving.
