Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Open the package of isterband sausage and cut off the end to release the sausage.
Poke holes in the sausage to prevent it from bursting while cooking.
In a saucepan, add milk for the mustard sauce, being careful not to let it boil over.
Add yellow mustard to the milk and whisk thoroughly.
Season the sauce lightly with salt and white pepper, and optionally add mustard powder for flavor.
If the sauce sticks to the bottom, strain it to remove any lumps.
Prepare fried potatoes as a side dish, or you can also use boiled potatoes if preferred.
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius (329 degrees Fahrenheit).
Place the sausages in the oven for about 15 minutes, adding steam by placing a bowl of water inside to keep moisture.
Taste the dish before serving to ensure the flavor is to your liking.
