In a large bowl, combine 2 sticks of melted butter and 2 cups of sugar, mixing at low speed before increasing to medium.

Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing until the mixture becomes light yellow and has a ribbony texture.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Prepare the vanilla bean by scoring it and scraping out the seeds, adding the seeds to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of raspberry liqueur (Chambord) to the mixture and mix well.
