1

Take a sleeve of saltine crackers and place them in a ziplock bag, then crush them until fine.

2

In a mixing bowl, combine 1.5 to 2 pounds of ground beef, crushed saltines, 2 cups of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix thoroughly with gloved hands.

3

Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties and place them on a plate.

4

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter.

5

In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup of flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well.

6

Dredge each hamburger patty in the seasoned flour, coating all sides, then place them in the skillet.

7

Brown the patties on one side for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes on the other side.

8

While the patties are cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

9

Remove the browned patties from the skillet and place them in a casserole dish.

10

In a bowl, combine 2 cans of cream of celery soup, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of milk. Whisk together until smooth, then add 1 tablespoon of dried parsley and mix well.

11

Pour the gravy mixture over the patties in the casserole dish, covering them completely.

12

Cover the casserole dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
