1 flank steak, sliced thinly
4 garlic cloves, chopped and minced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon brown sweetener
3/4 cups basil leaves
chopped cilantro (optional)
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
350 grams broccolini

Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Slice flank steak thinly and add to the pan, cooking until lightly browned, then remove from the pan.

Lower the heat to low and add 4 chopped and minced garlic cloves to the pan, cooking for about 30 seconds.

Add 1/2 medium diced onion and 1 sliced red bell pepper to the pan, cooking until soft and almost caramelized.

Return the beef to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sweetener, stirring to combine.

Fold in 3/4 cups of basil leaves until slightly wilted, then turn off the heat and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.

In a separate pan, heat a bag of frozen cauliflower rice over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until slightly crispy, then season with salt and pepper.

In the same pan, add 350 grams of broccolini, seasoning with 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and chili pepper flakes, cooking until tender.

Assemble meal prep bowls with basil beef, cauliflower rice, and broccolini.
