- 5Add minced meat; cook until browned, breaking it apart, about 8-10 minutes.
- 6Mix in green chilies, garam masala, salt, and black pepper; cook for another 5 minutes.
- 7Remove from heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice; let the filling cool.
- 8Divide the dough into equal balls; flatten each into a disc.
- 9Place a portion of the meat filling in the center of a disc; fold the edges over to enclose the filling.
- 10Roll out the stuffed dough gently into a flat circle, being careful not to let the filling escape.
- 11Heat a skillet over medium heat; cook the paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 12Brush with ghee after cooking for added flavor.
