250 grams fresh garlic cloves
250 grams fresh ginger root

Peel and wash 250 grams of fresh garlic cloves.

Cut 250 grams of ginger root into smaller pieces for easier blending.

Add the garlic into the blender.

Measure out half a cup (approximately 120ml) of oil and pour it into the blender with the garlic.

Blend until the mixture is a smooth paste, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add another half cup of oil to the blender to achieve a smoother consistency and blend again.

Transfer the garlic paste back into a bowl.

Rinse the blender and repeat the blending process with the ginger.

Transfer the ginger paste into the same bowl with the garlic paste.

Carefully transfer the combined paste into glass jars and seal them with lids.

Store the jars in the fridge, where they can last for up to four to six months.

Optionally, pour the mixture into a silicon ice tray, cover with cling film, freeze, and then store in a ziploc bag for later use.
