Korean Garlic Shrimp Noodles

1 tablespoon Korean chili paste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon MSG
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 eggs

Slice green onions and separate the whites and greens.

Finely chop 10 cloves of garlic.

Grate half a teaspoon of ginger.

Cut baby bok choy in half lengthwise.

In a small container, mix 3 tablespoons of curry and chili pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1 teaspoon of Korean chili paste, some black pepper, and a small pinch of MSG.

Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to packaging instructions.

Once cooked, rinse the noodles in cold water but keep the boiling water for blanching the bok choy.

Transfer the noodles to a bowl and mix with 1 teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the white parts of green onion, garlic, and ginger, and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes until 80% cooked.
