Start by making the sauce: open a new bottle of soy sauce and measure out 1/3 cup.
Add 1/4 cup of honey to the soy sauce, using a finger to scrape out stubborn honey if needed.
Add 1/4 cup of water and 4 minced garlic cloves to the mixture and mix until well combined.
For the creamy part of the sauce, add 1/4 cup of mayo to a bowl.
Then add 3 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce to the mayo.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of sriracha to the mixture, adjusting to taste for spice level.
Set the sauce aside and prepare the stir fry ingredients.
Measure out 1.5 lbs of ground beef and 4-5 cups of broccoli florets.
Before cooking, start cooking rice in a rice cooker or on the stove.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it up with a spatula, cooking until completely cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Once the beef is cooked, add the sauce made earlier to the skillet.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the beef and sauce, stirring to combine.
Cook the mixture until the broccoli is tender but still crispy, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with a little black pepper while cooking.
Once the broccoli is cooked, serve the stir fry over rice and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
