4 servings
Servings4
1 cup buckwheat flour
2 large eggs
2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter (or oil for vegan option)

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Add wet ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix well to break up the eggs.

2

Add buckwheat flour and salt to the bowl and mix until smooth, adding more milk if needed to achieve a thin batter.

3

Cover the batter and let it rest for 1 hour to allow it to spread properly in the pan.

4

Check the batter for consistency after resting, adding more milk if the batter is too thick.

5

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat until hot.

6

Brush the pan with butter to prevent sticking.

7

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan while swirling the pan to coat it evenly.

8

Cook the crepe for about 1 minute on one side, then carefully flip it using a fork and your hands.

9

Set the cooked crepe on a plate and continue cooking the remaining batter until all crepes are done.
