Catch a Paca and bring it back to camp.
Clean the Paca by pouring boiling water over it to remove hair while leaving the skin on.
Wash the cleaned Paca in the river.
Prepare the camp kitchen for cooking.
Grate garlic and prepare other seasonings including complete seasoning.
Dice the Paca meat into chunks.
Heat sunflower seed oil in a large wok over a gas stove.
Add minced garlic to the hot oil.
Add diced Paca meat to the wok with the garlic.
Sprinkle in complete seasoning to taste.
Add black soy sauce and shad sauce to the mixture.
Stir everything together in the wok and cook until done.
