250 g pizza dough
250 g mozzarella

200 g tomato puree

Prepare the tomato puree, lightly salted.

Take the portion of pizza dough (about 250 g) and roll it out on a floured surface.

Shape the dough into a round form using fingers and a small rolling pin.
