1 whole chicken
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 spoonful curry powder
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
scotch bonnet pepper (cut three times)
fresh thyme
small amount of ginger
1 cup water
1 carrot
1 potato
1 teaspoon salt
vegetable oil

Cut up the whole chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt to the chicken.

Add 2 spoonfuls of curry powder to the chicken.

Remove the skin from the chicken (optional).

Blend all the seasonings together and massage them into the chicken to ensure it's well coated.

Add 1 spoonful of vegetable oil to the chicken and mix well.

Chop the onion, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper, and add them to the chicken.

Mix in most of the herbs, leaving some for later, and ensure everything is well combined.
