Clean each piece of chicken and cut into two or leave as is.

Season chicken with 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning, 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of blended garlic pepper scallion and thyme; combine using hands until fully dissolved.

In a hot pan, add 0.5 tablespoon of curry powder and lower the flame; burn the curry until almost smooth, being careful not to overburn to prevent bitterness.
