1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp curry powder (curry of choice)
Onion & garlic (finely chopped)
Scallion & thyme (finely chopped)
Pimento peppers if available
1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper
1-2 potatoes (dice)
Water for gravy
