Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until it foams slightly, then pour it into the chocolate.
Stir with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted. Let the ganache stand for about 10 minutes, then pour it on the cake.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Before serving, wash raspberries, pat them dry, and spread them in a circle on top. Serve with sugar free spray cream.
