Montreal chicken seasoning
Chipotle sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Season the chicken breasts with Montreal chicken seasoning and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips.

Heat a cast iron skillet with grill grates and add a little olive oil.

Add the seasoned chicken strips to the skillet and grill for about 5 to 7 minutes per side, flipping only once.

Check the chicken for doneness by pressing on it; it should feel firm and not pink.

Remove the chicken from the skillet once cooked and set aside.

In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup of mayonnaise with 1 1/2 tablespoons of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, adjusting to taste.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of the Chipotle mayo onto a spinach herb wrap.

Add 2 pieces of grilled chicken strips on top of the mayo.

Top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and fresh avocado, moving ingredients towards the top to allow for folding the wrap.
