1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pimento, diced
1 scotch bonnet pepper, whole
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Golden Ray coconut oil
