Prepare 2 kg of fish (pescada amarela and corvina) with lime, garlic, and salt.
Chop 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, and 1 bell pepper.
In a large pot, heat azeite de dendê (palm oil).
Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the bell pepper and cook until softened.
Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they start breaking down.
Add the marinated fish to the pot and gently mix with the vegetables.
Pour in the leite de coco (coconut milk) and add camarão seco (dried shrimp).
Cover the pot and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
After cooking, remove some of the broth to make pirão (a thick sauce).
Mix the broth with farinha (flour) to thicken it according to preference.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
