Prepare a 27×27 cm roll cake pan with baking paper.
Use cold egg whites from the refrigerator for stable meringue.
In a bowl, combine milk, salad oil, and honey, and mix well with a whisk until glossy and smooth.
Sift cake flour into the mixture and mix until there are no lumps and the batter is smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with a hand mixer, adding granulated sugar in three parts, beating until glossy and stiff peaks form.
Gently fold 1/4 of the meringue into the batter, then fold in the remaining meringue until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 14 minutes.
Once baked, drop the cake from a height of about 3 cm to release steam, then remove from the pan and cool at room temperature for 3 minutes before covering with plastic wrap for about 1 hour to keep it moist.
To make the cream, mix heavy cream and sugar, then whip while chilling in ice water until stiff peaks form.
Remove the stems from the strawberries for filling.
Carefully remove the baking paper from the sponge cake, place a new sheet on top, and flip it over so the baked side is up. Optionally, scrape the surface for a cleaner look.
Spread about 2 scoops of whipped cream over the sponge, place strawberries in a row, and cover them with cream. Roll the cake using the baking paper to help shape it, trimming the ends for a clean cut.
Decorate the rolled cake with Christmas decorations, pipe cream, and place strawberries on top. Dust with powdered sugar for a festive finish.
