Mix semolina flour, plain flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
Add oil and eggs to the yeast mixture, then mix well.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions.
Roll each portion into a flat circle, about ½ inch thick.
Brush the tops with oil and sprinkle with cardamom powder.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with additional oil, if desired.
Let cool slightly before serving.
