Preheat the oven to 280°F.
Place bacon on a broiler pan and put it in the oven.

Form ground beef into patties using a burger press, making sure they are not too thick.
Season the patties with Kirby Cue seasoning on both sides.
Prepare the grill for cooking the burgers.
Place the patties on the grill and close the lid to cook.
Cook the burgers until they reach desired doneness, checking the temperature as needed.
Once cooked, remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest briefly.
Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bottom half of the bun.
Top the patty with candied bacon and slices of avocado.
Add red onion on top of the avocado.
Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
