½ cup corn starch
½ cup soya sauce
½ cup oil
2 tbsp garlic chopped
½ cup spring onion

Wash the beef and cut it into thin stripes

Transfer it in a zip lock bag

Add corn starch

Lock the zip and mix it well

In a frying pan add oil & heat it up

Fry the beef till brown

Set aside

Sauté it for a min

Add soya sauce

Add ¼ cup water

Cover & cook till tender
