1 cup chicken broth
1 cup Belgian beer
1 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
