1 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons blended green seasoning
2 scallions
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 habanero pepper
1 teaspoon allspice (pimenta seeds)
1 cup brown par-boiled rice
2 cups water

Wash the frozen green peas with water and add them to a pot.

Add salt to the peas for flavor and cover the pot to let the peas cook evenly.
