6 slices white bread, toasted and lightly buttered
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 finely chopped onion
100 gm finely chopped green capsicum
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tomato puree
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
6 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese

Heat oil and butter in a broad non-stick pan and add the garlic and spring onion and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the beans, tomato puree, red chilli powder, sugar, red chilli sauce, and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.

Divide the baked beans mixture into 6 portions and keep aside.

Place the toasted and buttered toasts on a flat dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards.

Spread a portion of the baked beans mixture and sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese on each bread toast top with cherry tomato.

Bake for 4-5 min till cheese melted.
