1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped basil
3/4 cup whole-milk ricotta
1/3 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
150g low-moisture mozzarella
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
