Preheat the air fryer.

Prepare 1 kg of whole beef intestines for grilling.

Grill the intestines on low heat until golden and crispy, taking time for maximum patience.

Prep 2.6 kg of bone marrow by seasoning with salt and pepper, then place in the air fryer.

Finely chop Cheongyang chilies for the special sauce.

Heat brown rice oil until hot.

Add minced garlic, Cheongyang chili powder, fresh chilies, sugar, and salt to the hot oil, then add sesame seeds.

Carefully pour the hot oil mixture over the chopped chilies to complete Fume's chili sauce.

Check the intestines for a golden color and check the bone marrow for doneness.

Once cooked, drizzle special sauce over the bone marrow and place the grilled intestines on the side.

Add a drizzle of Buldak sauce on top of the dish.

Serve with pickled onions and green onion kimchi.
